Smalley, of Cornplanter township, Venango county, Pa. hereby make this my last will and testament. I direct that all just claims against me or my estate, if any such exist at the time of my death, be paid by executor as soon after my death as may be found convenient. I give and bequeath to my wife, Lucy all my property both real and personal, to keep or to dispose of the same as to her shall seem best. I hereby appoint my said wife to be my executrix of this will. In testimony whereof I hereto set my hand this 28" day of December AD one thousand eight hundred and ninety four.
