She married Jacob Rough Jr., not Joseph. Joseph was Jacob's brother who married Nancy Peters, daughter of Levi and Anna Magdaline Hollabaugh Peters. Both brothers were Civil War Vets. Jacob Jr. and Nancy Elnora Miller Rough were married 9/15/1865 and had 8 children: 1)Genenia Rough b. 5/20/1867 d. 7/?/1867 Buried: Peters Cem. Canal Twp., Venango Co., PA 2)Leawell Adam Rough b. 4/7/1869 d. 3/22/1947 Sp.Am War Vet. m. 2/11/1891 Susan Mary Bimber d/o Jacob Lewis and Joanna Millison Bimber. Both buried Peters Cemetery, Canal Twp., Venango Co., PA. Susan's name is not on tombstone. Nine Children He remarried 2/14/1923 Carrie Emily Todman. Tombstone says Pearl Livingston. This is supposedly the same woman. She changed names and her "history" as she changed husbands. 3) Orrin Christopher Rough b. 7/14/1870 d. 5/10/1938 Sp. Am. War Vet. m. Margaret A. Wheeling d/o Christopher and Lovina Shoemaker Wheeling of Deckards. Both buried Peters Cemetery, Canal Twp., Venango Co., PA. Eight Children 4) Lewis Jeremiah Rough [Rowe] changed name when left state b. 7/13/1873 d. ???? WV or PA m1. Carrie Barnes Divorced No Children m2.
