Son of Ronald Allen Sweetapple, grandson to Fred Allen Sweetapple. I met my great aunt Doris, may be the same one mentioned here, in Clintonville when I was small. I am very interested in tracing Charles Sweetapple back to England. He is said to have been born in South Ladysmith, Wiltshire, a town that does not seem to exist today. It appears our Sweetapple line is distinct from the Sweetapple's tracing their decent to Hampshire. I have corresponded with them and can not find any links.
