I am looking for information on Rebecca and her ancestors and want information on how the Rice family is related to Jennings. Maybe you can tel me how to get copies of marriage licenses in PA.     3. Ed, Marriage license were first issued in PA c1883. Your best bet would probably be bible records or church records. I would be very interested in knowing about your SWEENEY line. My 2nd great grandmother, Nancy Ann McCULLOUGH EARLY SWEENEY, married 1st? James EARLY and 2nd? Patrick SWEENEY. Patrick and Nancy were residing in Butler Co, PA on 1880 census, but she died and is buried in Franklin,Venango,PA in 1904. I think there are JENNINGS connected to this line also.
