Pa Query Forum Reply Here: http://cgi.rootsweb.com/~genbbs/genbbs.cgi/USA/Pa/Venango/2316 Surname: ------------------------- Hi Helen, I had two people look up the 1850 Census for me, and one listed the name as O'Nail, with John and Anna being the parents and the children listed as John, Andrew, Margaret S., Nancy Ann and A==. Another person who knows a lot of history in Venango Co. gave me the names the same, but with the youngest child listed as James, and he spelled the name as O'Neil. How interesting there were two families with children so closely named. I do feel our John was married to Anna Maitland--they were Richland/Rockland Twp. folks, but I haven't any proof and can't seem to find any. I also have Nancy Ann O'Neil as being married to Andrew J. Weaver, born in 1845, died 1930, buried in Valley Cemetery, Richland Twp. Did not have info on a first husband. Wonder where in PA this Abraham resided? He and his wife Ann are different ages than John and Anna, who were both born in 1811. Perhaps there are some more O'Neil (O'Nail) out there that can help us out!!
