Mr. Klingmann was a retired Quaker state Oil Refining Corp. employee. Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm Sunday at the Criswell-Gardinier Funeral Home in Emlenton. Services will be held at 11 am Monday in the funeral home. Interment will follow in Emlenton Cemetery. Lot 11 Sec. 3 A complete obituary will be published Monday in The Derrick
