Crawford, 86, of Vero Beach, FL, formerly of Emlenton R.D. 3, died Wednesday Oct. 13, 1993 at St. Barnabas Retirement Village in Gibsonia. Born in Emlenton on Sept 23, 1907, she was the daughter of William and Alice Ethel Pfaff. Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. Joe F. (Barbara C.) McElhattan of Emlenton and Mrs. Vance (Elizabeth C.) Smith of Vero Beach, FL; five grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren. Her husband, Frederick H. Crawford, whom she married Sept. 11, 1928 died Dec. 8 1986. She was also preceded in death by her parents, five brothers and three sisters. Funeral services were held at the home of Mr. & Mrs. Joe McElhatten, Big Bend road, Emlenton on Saturday, October, 15 1993 with the Rev. Richard A. Morledge, Pastor of the Bakerstown First Presbyterian Church, officiating. Burial was in the Crawford Memorial Cemetery
