She was born in Emlenton, Jan. 29, 1900, to Mr. and Mrs. Harry L. Lowers. She was married to George Wagner and the couple lived in Pittsburgh until his death. She then moved to Florida. Mrs. Wagner is survived by one daughter, Susan Wagner of New York City. Memorial services will be held in Florida, with interment in Emlenton Cemetery
