Posted on: Venango Co. Pa Query Forum Reply Here: http://cgi.rootsweb.com/~genbbs/genbbs.cgi/USA/Pa/Venango/2534 Surname: CAMPBELL, LEVIER, LAVERE, COLLINS ------------------------- This is a correction and supplement to my previous query. I now know that Andrew F CAMPBELL was b. 1812 in Venango Co. and his wife's name was Caroline LAVERE or LEVIER. William COLLINS' wife Rebecca was probably not a LEVIER -- my grandmother was confused on this point evidently. I am trying to connect Andrew CAMPBELL to other CAMPBELLs in Venango Co. Andrew lived in Cornplanter Twp., originally Rockland Twp. I would like to clarify his relationship with (1) J.W. CAMPBELL of Rockland Twp. (b. 27 July 1830 in Venango Co., m. 26 June 1861, father of five children) (2) Charles CAMPBELL, very early settler of Scrubgrass Twp., apparently owner of the first flourmill of that township, listed as taxable landowner there in 1812 (3) Andrew CAMPBELL, taxable inhabitant of Sugarcreek Twp, in 1805 and (4) Felix CAMPBELL, taxable inhabitant of Allegheny Twp., in 1805 Also would like to connect Caroline LEVIER or LAVERE to her family. I'm trying to find her relation to the following individuals: (1) James LEVIER (b. 17 Sept 1796 in Westmoreland Co., PA, lived in Armstrong Co., PA, came to Venango Co. in 1828, m. 12 Apr 1827 Nancy ---, b. 1802, had children Jackson LEVIER 1830, John Agnew LEVIER 1835, William D LEVIER 1838, Samuel P LEVIER 1840, Ann M LEVIER 1843, Clinton LEVIER 1846, and Parker LEVIER 1848. (2) C.B. LEVIER, Civil War solider in Company F, 121st PV Infantry from Venango Co. (3) Capt. Daniel B. LEVIER of Company F, 121st PV Infantry. (4) Cyrus R LEVIER (same as 2?), b. 15 Mar 1844, also in Company F, 121st PV Infantry Anyone working on these families or with any information on these individuals, please get in touch with me. Thanks!
