Who was your gg-grandmother. The Morse family can be found in both Venango and Crawford Counties. They can all be traced back to Otsego County, New York. Nathaniel Morse came to Venango County in 1839 and William Cooper Morse came to Crawford County in 1837. My g-grandmother, Margaret Triphena Morse McKelvey, was the granddaughter of Wiiliam Cooper Morse. I would be very interested in any information you can share.
