Does anybody know where Sugar Valley is in Pennsylvania, or was, back in the early 1800's? Lorraine in CA

Sugar Valley is located along Interstate 80 in Clinton County, Pennsylvania. Access to Sugar Valley can be gained from either Exit 27 (Loganton Exit - mile marker 186) or Exit 28 (Jersey Shore Exit - mile marker 192).
