Kunselman, 65, of Emlenton RD 1, died Wednesday morning January 4, 1984, in the Franklin Regional Medical Center. Born May 13, 1918, in New Bethlehem, he was a son Katherine Ritchey. On April 15, 1955, he married the former J. Louise Russell, who survives. Mr. Kunselman retired from the research laboratory of Quaker State Oil Refining Corp. in Seneca after 35 years of service. He also owned D&L Meat Processing Co. in Emlenton. He was a veteran of World War II, having served with the U.S. Army. He also served in the Civilian Conservation Corps. Prior to the war. He was a member of the Emlenton United Methodist Church and of the Quaker State Quarter Century Club. In addition to his wife, he is survived by two sons, Dean William Jr. of Finley, Ohio, and Corry Allen of Emlenton; a step son, Randy Carr of Emlenton; three step daughters, Mrs. Frank (Shelly) Conforti of Emlenton and Theodore Kunselman of Sarasota, Fla.; a half brother, John Ritchey of Emlenton; two half sisters, Mrs. Clem (Marion) Boyer of Seneca and Mrs. Herman (Lois) Fisher of Shippenville; three grandchildren and a great grandchild. The Criswell-Gardinier funeral Home in Emlenton is in charge of arrangements. Burial at Emlenton Cemetery
