She was born in Pittsburgh Sept.6,1888,a daughter of John and Margaret Shearer Dunlap.She was married to Ernest R.Pyle ,on Oct.15,1907, and he died May 6,1953. She is survived by the following children: Eugene Pyle,Mrs.Marie Cameron,and Mrs.Carl (Mary)Oakes,of Franklin;Mrs.Edward (Myra)Maier of Oil City:10 grandchildren,six great-grandchildren:two brothers,Silas P.Dunlap,Cranberry;Edison Dunlap,Buttermilk Hill,two sisters;Mrs.Ralph (Hilda)Doutt,Rapid city,S.Dak.:Mrs.Naomi Poffenberger,Sanford,Fla. Two brothers,Wilbur and Robert,and a sister,Mrs.Gertrude Brown,proceded her in death. The body is at the Leverne I.Burger Funeral Home where the family will receive friends from 7 to 9 p.m.today and 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday.Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Thursday with the Rev. Harold Burgess officiating.Interment will be in Graham Cemetery,Bully Hill.
