I am looking for members of the WELCH family with a connection to Elmira Lydia WELCH who was supposed to be born about Feb 1866, but I am not sure where or who her parents are. Her 1st marriage was to a Jacob COVENTRY, and he died. Then she married William Little SCRIVEN, and I would like to find either her WELCH relatives or descendants of this 2nd marriage who might be able to help me locate the date and place of this marriage. Finally I would like to find her descendants or relatives who can help me find the date and place of her death. She was still alive in 1937 in Oil City. William had died 17 Jul 1922 in Sugarcreek. I would like to locate her death date, so I can order a death certificate for other information. The State can't help me with the certificate unless I can pin down the time frame better.
