I believe his siblings were Bill, Bert, Charlie, Merle, Vern, and Jenny, but I don’t know their parents’ names, anyone's birthdate or birthplace, or have any other information. Am also posting this to the Butler County Board as Mangel seems to be a common name in that area. Any information about them you'd care to share would be most appreciated. Thanks for your time.
