Shoffstall, age 61 of Patchel Run, Franklin, died suddenly Sunday at 6:15 pm. Born 16 Sept 1906, son of Cassius M. and Susan Beatty Shoffstall. Employed by Joy Mfg. 22 years. Md. July 5, 1927 in Meadville to Francis Bean. She survives along with five children: Mrs. John (Thelma) Whitman of Franklin; Ronald E. of Sinclairville, NY; Paul R., Lola, and Walter A. Shoffstall at home. Two brothers, Grover of Franklin and Leon E. of Meadville Pike. Two sisters: Mrs. Claude (Agnes) Hoobler of Bleakley Hill and Mrs. James (Thelma) Moore of Franklin RD. Seven grandchildren.
