Does anyone know where the William Howe of Oil City, who had several sons, went when he left the area. One Howe friend told me Cithaca?? Valley, near Philadelphia. I can't any place by that name. He MAY be my John Wilbur Howe's, b. 1811, relative. We are still looking. Marilynn
