Her name was Mary Emmeline Griffin Critchlow. She was born in Oil City in 1863. Her father was Patrick Griffin and her mother was Prudence DeMound. Patrick Griffin was said to have been born on the Atlantic Ocean. We have volumes about the Critchlow side of the family, but not much in known about the Griffin side of my grandmother's family. I would apreciate any information that you might have or be able to lead me down the right path.
