The couple and their children died during the Boxer Rebellion in China on June 30, 1900. Reverend Frank Simcox had been sent by Presbyterian church of Clearfield. The article states that he was a native of Bullion, Venango County. Does anyone know how Frank Simcox connects into the Shadrach Simcox line? I am the g,g grandaughter of Robert Simcox born 1839 who moved to Illinois. Thanks to Dawna for the excellent Simcox history.
