I would be interested if anyone has any history on this Ninian Irwin other than what is on the sites thru Google. It appears to me that this may be the same person. Perhaps this book means something to someone . Does this date mean anything to anyone? The book was bought at an old used book store in NC, where Ninian, Jr.s daughter was buried. The book is called "Humorous Oen Book" if you have any info..email me [email protected] Thanks, Andy Brandon

I am searching for information On William Stubble and Mary ( Maria Best). According to the 1900 census William Stubble came to this country around 1853. He married Mary Best abt. 1866. The 1900 census says they had 13 children, 6 of them living at that time. The 1980 census has them listed with children, Alice, Mary,John,Birdie,Clara, and Austin. I know that John married Lottie Elder and I believe Birdie was Bertha , who married Benjamin Miller in, Ohio. I have an old postcard with death dates for Austin Stubble . Also listed are Cary, Jessie, Maggie, Charles, a name, possibly Eva, and Jimmy Calery. The deaths of the children occurred between 1875 and 1894. Two of the children died in April 1875 within a couple of days of each other. Any information anyone could share on this family will be greatly appreciated. Thanks so much. Gloria Witte

I think I have a photo of his marker, maybe even hers. There were a couple Thomas E. Keatings in Oil CIty. I also need to find parents for my Edward Keating b. 1832 -Ireland.-married Margaret Blake, thus it is very likely ours are related. Did you get a death certificate yet for your Thomas? I have a list somewhere of the Keatings buried there. Do you need the names of those? Also, I believe if memeory serves me right, that your Thomas E. lived a block or two form my Thomas B....

A week or so ago, I posted a query on several lists for a site with tax record information. I was hoping that it included all of PA, but turned out that the link I was looking for just covers Erie County. Thanks Mike for sending this - I had several requests to post to the list. Here's the tax link: http://www.eriecountygov.org/Assessment/Property/Selector.aspx If you put in a valid address, you can get pics of the property. Here's a link to NACO - National Association of Counties. http://www.naco.org/Template.cfm?Section=Find_a_County&Template=/cffiles/counties/usamap.cfm Enjoy! Carla

I have been trying to determine who David's parent's were. I have it down to either John McConnell, Sr. or John B., his son; a William McConnell or some think it could be Alexander. The earliest record of an Alexander McC..in Ohio I've found is 1796. Happy to share info. I also have a copy of John Hineman Sr's Will and the family tree (16 pages). email me direct at [email protected] Thanks.
