Does anyone have any info regarding the parents/siblings of William Kelly, b. 11 Jan 1799, York Co PA . He was married in Union Co ca 1823-24 to Elizabeth Shaffer but I cannot find the marriage record. He died Snyder Co 28 Dec 1882. He was orphaned before he was 10 years old and probably raised by a relative, James St. Clair. James St. Clair d. ca 1825 in Union Co and left a letter of administration for Wm. Kelly, my gr gr grandfather. He had nine children, most of whom stayed in the Union/Snyder Co area.
