You might try writing to the office of Register & Recorder, Union Co. Courthouse, Lewisburg PA 17837. My reference book, now 8 years old, gives the county courthouse switchboard # as 717-524-8761, but area codes were re-aligned a year or two ago in PA. Lewisburg may have received a new area code, but I am told the old code may also still work properly. I live in Arizona and cannot answer your question about costs. Nelson
