He married on Nov 19, 1819 in Union County, Pennsylvania to Mary Ann SMITH - born May 29, 1803 in Berks County, died Sept 26, 1833, location unknown. They had 15 children born throughout Pennsylvania, possibly three of them were born in Union County: Eliza - born Nov 4, 1820 Solomon - born Oct 3, 1821 Jacob Jr. - born Jan 4, 1824 Any information greatfully received.
