I have recently found information saying that John SWARTZLANDER served 2 terms in the Civil War. He enlisted early at Easton, Penn, and then re-enlisted again on 22 Feb 1865 at Indiana, Penn. Is that where Union / Snyder County men had to go to join, and how do I go about finding information on these Units, so that I can send for his records?
