Hello all, I was wondering if someone might be able to help me - I am interested in researching death records/wills for Union County from the early 1800's. Whom do I contact, and what types of fees are involved? Specifically, I am researching Hugh LOWRY, who was born in Northern Ireland and died in Union County in 1828.
