    3. I have been told that Robert Patterson b. ca 1695 prob. Donegal, IRE m. Margaret who came to America with his family including his father John Patterson son of John Patteson b. 1640. They settled in Lancaster Co. ca 1730 on the "Sweet Arrow". I have not been able to find that creek, however I found the soucebelow that shows the Patterson settled on the Swatara. The name was probably mispronounced over the years. If anyone lives close to this area and you are doing research on this family I would like to exchange infomation with you. This creek was called after a town in Ireland, by Mr. Patterson, one of the original settlers.
