Or anyone on this list that has any info on the following: James Patterson, born 1748 Ballenderry County, Ireland d. ?; owned a linen factory in Belfast; m. 30 Jan 1773 to Mary Morton. She was b. 1752 Mayallon, Down, Ireland; d. 4 Mar 1807 Ireland. I think they had 5 children, who were probably born in Belfast: 1. John, b. 30 Nov 1779, who ran away from home at age 15; came to America about 1800 and married Rebecca Troutman. Settled in KY. I have (most of) John's descendants. 2. James, Jr., b. 1780 3.
