William PATTERSON b. ca1780 Louisa Co.VA m. Catherine "Caty" TROWER b. ca1783 Albermarle Co.VA.....they were married 14 Sept 1801 Louisa Co.VA. They eventually migrated to Mercer Co.KY.....near Harrodsburg to live. They had six children the first being my 3rd Ggrandmother Unity Catherine PATTERSON b. 19 Sep 1802 VA. I thought I had found his parents , being a John PATTERSON of Bedford Co.VA m. Elizabeth MERIWETHER of Goochland Co.VA.......but new evidence would prove that this is not likely his parents?? Hoping someone is connected to his family or the John P line to confirm for sure that he is not his father.
