I also am looking for a Wm. Patterson born March 9, 1776 Ulster Ireland. Married Anna Cooke in NJ. they lived in Amity Township Washington Co. Pennsylvania. I have the family history for Anna and for their children but can find no past for Wm. He is my brickwall. Karen
