Patterson Researchers In 1852 or 55 the John C.Russell familyleft their home in Orange Co. N.C. and migrated over the Cumberland Mountains to a new home in Fayette Co. Tn. Coming with them or being picked up along the way was a young girl 8 or 10 yrs. old(birth April 11, 1845), her name was Julia Ellen PATTERSON. Later she married Sidney Currie Russell one of John C. Russell's boys. Her Death Cert. lists parents as unknown!!! Surely someone is hunting this missing PATTERSON----Help me unravel this ! Any help appreciated.
