I would like to get a plat of this, does anyone know how to to that? ---- John Patterson decd, Pursuant to an Order of this Court of the 30th day of September 1825, & the continuance thereof on the 20th day of December 1825, Decd, Robert Patterson Administrator of John Patterson late of Colerain township decd to expose to public sale the Real estate of said decd, consisting of & in a certain plantation or tract of Land situate in Colerain township bounded by lands of Andrew Barclay decd, William Conkel, & Genl James Steele containing about one hundred & sixty five acres, with appurtances, ³Said Administrator now reports,² That in pursuance of said Order of Court (having given due, public & timely notice of the time & place of sale agreeably to the directions thereof) he did on the first day of March A.D. 1826 expose the Lands & premises therein mentioned to sale by public ven? & sold the same to Robert Rhea of L.B. township for the sum of Five hundred & twenty four dollars, he being the highest & best bidder & that the highest & best price bidden for the same, which report being read The Court confirm the Sale and the Premises sold to the said Robert Rhea his heirs & assigns forever in fee, as fully as the said Intestate had & held in the same immediately before & at the time of his death, Subject and liable to the payment of the purchase money agreeable to the Terms prescribed by the Court in their said Order of Sale.
