I have a Soldier's Discharge Record for a JACOB PATTERSON who served in the Illinois Cavalry during the Civil War. First enlistment was in the 4th Regiment, second enlistment in the 12th Regiment. He was born in Sweden and was 25 years old in 1864. He is not in my Patterson line, and I would be happy to forward these discharge records to anyone who can claim him. Marion
