Acct. on the estate of the said dec¹d & legal notice thereof being given vby the said Register, the same is now produced to the Court for confirmation whereby it appears, that the said acct. was duly passed by the said Register & that therre remains in the hands of the said Accountant, a balance of $526.04 The Court on due examination thereof & advisement had thereon approve & confirm the same & direct that balance to be paid & distributed aggreeably to Law. And on the motion of E. Wright Esqr. The Court appoint James M Quigg, James McClure & Daniel Eckman Esqr Auditors to settle & adjust the rates & proportion of the remaining assets due & payable to the respective creditors of John Patterson dec¹d, & that report of said proceedings be made to this Court, next thereafter.
