July 15th 1847, Letters Testamentary granted to James M. Patterson, the executor and he being duly affirmed well and tryly to adminster the goods and chattels rights and credits of the said Testatrix according to law and also that he will diligently and faithfully regard and will and truly comply with the provisions of the law relating to the collateral inheritances.
