I forgot to mention that after my Mr. Patterson went his way, Elizabeth Findley Patterson remarried to a Bryson and started a line of half-kin to my Patterson line. So she lived past 1837, so that John Patterson's info might indicate another, different Elizbeth Findley who died in 1837, about the time that my Jerry M. Patterson was being born. Thanks to the several folks who responded to my SOS. I'll get back to you as soon as I can. Major project surprise at work. Hopefully, if I'm not too exhausted tonite, I'll respond.
