He died 2 Jan 1880, where not sure. His son William Edward was born 7 Nov 1861 in Brownsville, Crockett Co. Tn. He married 26 Apr 1887, Jo Nichol, probably in Arkansas. William Edward was a physician and they lived in TX, NM and finally AZ where he died in 1943. Is anyone else familiar with this line of Pattersons? Would love to make a connection since I stuck.
