To All, As to the questions: Is Family Search for real or is it a hoax? I've checked a few sources and it checks out ok. Most likely they had problems. I called the Family Search office at 1-800-346-6044 (for US) and found their hours of operation are Mon-Fri 8 am to 5 pm. I will call tomorrow and get a definite answer.
