Greetings everyone! Is there anyone out there studying Patterson's who settled in Ontario in the 1800s? My family came over from Scotland in around 1830. Neil & Nancy Patterson settled on Canada Co. land in Oakwood, Ontario, near Lindsay and Peterborough. They farmed their land for many, many years. They had about 8 children (I'm still counting), one was my gr grandfather, Lauchlin, who was born in 1842 and married. Jane Wallace, b. 1847. They had 10 children, including my grandfather, John Albert, b. 1973, he married Jane Anne McNamee around 1887. Does anyone know anything about this (my) family?
