I am not sure where to start with this but I think I will start with my gggrandfather in North Carolina. In doing this I will have to refer to information about his wife's family which is as follows: John Hedrick (born 12 June 1766 Rowan County NC) died 22 July 1849 Villanow, Walker Co. Georgia John married Mary Blair 1 March 1792 Augusta Co. Virginia. Children: First two Hedrick daughters were born in Virginia and married circa year of 1813 in Roane Co, Tennessee Some of their children died in Pike County, Mo. Their 3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th, 7th children born in Rowan Co. North Carolina. 8th, 9th, 10th were born in Roane Co. Tennessee Susanna A Hedrick (11th child) born 1814 in Roane Co, Tennessee,(1850 census) married ROBERT PATTERSON (b. 1810 in NC) (some say SC). (d. in Walker County, GA) Susanna and Robert married in 1831 in Monroe Co, Tennessee. 1840 Census ROBERT PATTERSON in McMinn County, Tennessee (?) 1850 Census shows ROBERT PATTERSON in Walker Co, GA W. Armuchee (373) 1860 Census ROBERT PATTERSON in Walker Co., GA E. Armuchee (748) 1870 Census shows SUSANNA PATTERSON in Walker Co., GA at Frick's Gap (245).
