Bobby Wells KINSTON - Mr. Kenneth Ray "Bobby" Wells, 70, went home to be with the Lord on Monday night, October 15, 2012. Mr. Wells was born in Greene County, the son of Jim and Lula Edmundson Wells. A builder, Bobby was primarily a residential framer and did home improvement. Bobby was loved by all and will be truly missed. He will be remembered as a wonderful husband, father, grandfather, brother, uncle and friend. Funeral services will be held at 7 p.m. Thursday, October 18, at the chapel of Taylor-Tyson Funeral Service in Snow Hill. Committal services will be at 11 a.m. Friday, October 19, at the Maury Cemetery. In addition to his parents, Bobby was preceded in death by his sisters, Ethel Worthington, Irene Pate, and Hilda Langston; a brother, Tommy Wells; loving granddaughter, Brittany Wells; and great-granddaughter, Mackenzie Pate. He is survived by his wife of 49 years, Carol Morris Wells; daughter Teresa Hardison of Ayden; sons Rocky Wells of Kinston and Brent Wells and wife Shelley, of Kinston; grandchildren Brandon Wells, Brad Lassiter, Bethany Wells and Melissa Lloyd; four great-grandchildren; sisters Ruby Sutton Rouse and husband Durwood, of Hookerton and Carol Vinson of Maury; brother Alton Wells and wife Grace, of Ayden; and many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
