LEMMONS, Kenneth M. age 78 of Franklin passed away at Atrium Hospital on Saturday, October 6, 2012 at 4:01 AM. He was born in Hamilton on October 5, 1934 the son of John Carl and Elma (Agnew) Lemmons. Kenneth was a veteran of the U.S. Marine Corps and was employed as a boiler operator at Miami University for 15 years. He was a member of American Legion Post #218 and VFW Post #3809. He is survived by a son, Carl M. Lemmons; two sisters, Lois Messinger of Dayton and Melba (Mryl) Gross of Oxford; and numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents and five siblings, Aletha Loman, Myron Lemmons, Dorothy Bufler, Robert Lemmons, and Mary Pate. A graveside service will be held at Darrtown Cemetery on Monday, October 15, 2012 at 2:00 PM with Rev.
