Chloe Pate DODGE CITY - Chloe Pate, 90, died Jan. 7, 2012. She was born Nov. 27, 1921, daughter of Jess and Mary Calico Whittle.   She married Joe Ralph Pate Sr. June 6, 1942. He died July 1, 1988. Survivors include: son, Joe Jr.; daughters, Joyce Ring, Jeannie Meeker, Glenda Middleswart, Judy Harris, Janis Ferguson and Michelle Pate; sister, Midge Riddle; 11 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren. Graveside service 1 p.m. Tuesday in Maple Grove Cemetery, Dodge City. No public viewing.
