Nita, I know nothing about these offers, other than what I included in the message. My message was informational, not advisory. As I wrote: “I am expressing no opinion of the offer. I have never been a member of MyHeritage. Comments from persons who have been may be helpful to others considering this service.” I am not familiar with MyTrees at all. Apparently, the MyHeritage offer was not an exclusive one for FTDNA, but since FTDNA is the largest DNA testing company, I think you could trust their reliability. Maybe others on the Listserve can add information on the other two companies and the service which is being offered. A. After I sent off a copy to my cousins, I looked further down the e-mail menu and saw that I had a MyTrees Newsletter which was touting the same type thing same price but subscription for the extra months ends tomorrow.
