    3. There are a few minor differences in spelling that I have found in the list you have sent, but I have not found anything through the children yet. Their son Jody was my great grandfather. I have noticed that you listed Handy as a nickname. I have him listed as Handy W. Peters. You spelled the name Milly with a Y on the end, we have it as Millie with the ie at the end. The children I have listed are: Elias who married Sarah first and Elizabeth Hicks second Marion Lee married Lela Grantham Jere married Alice Dean Rebecca never married Jim Frank married Dolly Dean Dallas married Bea Dean Jody married Ada Helms Lawerance Edgar married Jewel Sevell Rebecca had brain damage and was taken care of by her brother after her parents death. They are buried at Panther Creek Cemetary off of Geneva County Road 9. Thank you for sending this. I am now off to check this information out. Teresa Perhaps the names of the children of Elizabeth Milly Pate and A W Peters will offer a clue as to her father's name. Interestingly, the Peters household was at site 215/217. At site 210/212 we find Jeremiah Pate age 79, and his second wife, Malinda A E Stewart, age 46.1880 Geneva Co AL P 662, ED 79, sheet 24, site 215/217 HANDY PETERS 26 W/M HEAD FARMER FL/NC/AL 1856MILLY PETERS 30 W/F WIFE KPS HSE AL/AL/AL 1850ELIAS PETERS 6 W/M SON SGL AL/FL/AL 1874WM O PETERS 5 W/M SON SGL AL/FL/AL 1875REBECCA PETERS 3 W/F DAU SGL AL/FL/AL 1877AARON* PETERS 1 W/M SON SGL AL/FL/AL 1879[Elizabeth M Pate md A W 'Handy" Peters]______________________________ --------------------------------- Do you Yahoo!?
