Yes Jinks! I think we may have a connection. Can you tell me if your Elizabeth M. Pate was born Oct 22, 1848. Her brother, Jere, was a Judge from what we are told. Elizabeth M. Pate married Handy Peters around 1870. She is buried at Panther Creek Cementary in the Wicksburg area. Her father was also named Jeremiah Pate. Her mother may have been named Martha, but we are unsure. Does any of this sound familiar? Teresa Hi Jinks,Looks like we are looking at two different Jeremiah Pate families.
