    3. Hello! I am trying to help Scotland County's Heritage Book. Right now they are trying to get enough interest to put together a Heritage Book like most of the other North Carolina counties. Sam West who also has Scotland County Roots sent me this email below. Do you think you could write a little something on your ancestors? I am told that you don't have to purchase to submit. Can you help out? We really want a book.
