I apologize if this is against list policy, but my mother, Loda Gail CHAMPION Potts, passed away last month (on March 29, 2004). I'm her youngest son, Danny, and while I doubt many of you knew her, I wanted to take a moment and tell you that receiving e-mails from these genealogy lists brought her a great deal of happiness. It's taken me about a month to get around to clearing out her e-mail inbox, which is why news didn't come sooner. I'll be de-subbing this e-mail address (her's) from the list. I will be taking over her family research work, and try to do at least *half* the job she did. This e-mail address should still remain active for some time, and my sister and I will be periodically checking it. Again, I'm sorry for the intrusion...
