    1. Johanna Pate & Virgil Maddox
    2. I am sending what info I have on Virgil Stewart and his first marriage to "Mattie". Their daughter was Nora Belle Maddox and I have listed her death certificate and the certificate number which is on file at the Oklahoma Bureau of Vital Statistics in Oklahoma City. I did not list the family of Virgil Stewart Maddox and Johanna (Josephine) as there are still three living grandchildren. If you connect to this family, I will be glad to help if you contact me off-list. The first born child of Virgil and Johanna is the grandfather of my husband. Hope this clears some of the problems and I also have additional info on the family of Virgil Stewart if anyone is interested. The stumbling block for me is the name of his first wife--Mattie--is all I know. ellen Descendants of Virgil Stewart Maddox Generation No. 1 1.
