I am searching for Johanna Pate (born 15 Sep 1856, Union County, IL) and her brother, William B. Pate (born abt 1851, Union Co, ILL and the B. in his name may be for the name Bissell and they were both born in Union County, ILL. The best I have found for them so far has been their father was Joseph Pate and this really makes sense since I have found Johanna in several place where her name was Josephine which indicates she could have been named after her father.
