Visiting at St. Francisville Funeral Home, St. Francisville, from 1 p.m. to 7 p.m. Friday, March 18, with family receiving visitors from 5 p.m. to 6 p.m. Religious service at St. Paul No. 1 Baptist Church, Weyanoke, at 11 a.m. Saturday, March 19, conducted by the Rev. John Thompson. Interment in Greater Hollywood Baptist Church Cemetery. She is survived by her husband, the Rev. Larry Pate Sr.; two sons, Gregory Jermaine Pate and wife Justine and Larry Pate Jr. and wife Nicole; two godchildren, Robbie and Christy Gilmore; four sisters, Barbara James and husband Bill, Alline Baker and husband Eugene, Sally James and husband Earnest and Wanda Young and husband James; three brothers, Robert Gilmore Jr. and wife Mary, Walter West and Sylvester West; and four grandchildren, Jalecia, Raneisha, Taneisha and Amirah Pate.
